Seafood Paella with seawater 

(For 8 people)

Ingredients:

 

750 g  semi brown rice
250 g  squid
250 g  mussels
250 g  red prawn

250 g  clams 

1.200 ml.  water

400 ml. seawater

200 ml  white wine

1 red pepper

4 garlic cloves  

1 onion

2 ripe tomatoes peeled
Olive oil
1 soup spoon of turmenic

We start by pouring oil into our paella pan. This rice we are going to prepare is for eight people.

First we are going to fry the red pepper, garlic, onion and tomato. We have to be careful that they don't burnt.

When we see they are done, we are going to add the squid and fry them until they are white.

Then add a table spoon of turmeric and mix it with the ingredients.

Then add the white wine and we stir until the rice absorbs.

Then add the rice and stir to soak all the flavours and colour.

Then we add the seawater mixed with water and we stir slightly.

Cook rice for 20-25 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water.

When the water starts to boil, add the mussels, prawns and clams.

Finally cover the paella pan and let rest, about five minutes.
