Seafood Paella with seawater
(For 8 people)
Ingredients:
750 g semi brown rice
250 g squid
250 g mussels
250 g red prawn
250 g clams
1.200 ml. water
400 ml. seawater
200 ml white wine
1 red pepper
4 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 ripe tomatoes peeled
Olive oil
1 soup spoon of turmenic
Step 1We start by pouring oil into our paella pan. This rice we are going to prepare is for eight people. | Step 2First we are going to fry the red pepper, garlic, onion and tomato. We have to be careful that they don't burnt. | Step 3When we see they are done, we are going to add the squid and fry them until they are white. |

Step 4Then add a table spoon of turmeric and mix it with the ingredients. | Step 6Then add the white wine and we stir until the rice absorbs. | Step 5Then add the rice and stir to soak all the flavours and colour. |
Step 7Then we add the seawater mixed with water and we stir slightly. | Step 9Cook rice for 20-25 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. | Step 8When the water starts to boil, add the mussels, prawns and clams. |
